Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering with us! We appreciate your trust and your business. We are working as fast as we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking number. If you have any questions email us at info@templefit-mbs.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Processing Time

Processing time is between 2 and 5 business days depending on volume Once the checkout process is complete, processing time begins and refunds and cancellations cannot be permitted.

Shipping Method

Local: We use UPS and USPS Priority shipping (Usually 3-7 day transit time). We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrying series.

International Shipping: Customers receiving packages internationally are responsible for any additional fees or tariffs charged by the shipping company. International shipping is 7-21 days from ship date and are not eligible for free shipping.

Delivery times frames are an estimate, TEMPLE FIT does not guarantee delivery dates. 

Items on preorder status are sold out and ship as soon as inventory is available.

TEMPLE FIT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN or DAMAGED MAIL. SELECT PRIORITY INSURED or PRIORITY PLUS SHIPPING TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS or UPS. NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

Incorrect Address- TEMPLE FIT is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts TEMPLE FIT before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled.

If you place an order and provide TEMPLE FIT with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to TEMPLE FIT due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of TEMPLE FIT, with no refund issued.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press “Apply” to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined with store credits, bundle deal discounts, ambassador discount codes or gift cards. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

Important Notice

Pick Up/Delivery: You can not pick up online orders. We do not deliver at this time.

Order Cancellations: Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, please be sure your select the correct size, your address is correct.
